A considered internal renovation of a classic Leichhardt terrace, designed to improve flow, functionality and everyday living.

The project centred around opening up the existing floor plan through the removal and alteration of internal walls, creating a more connected kitchen, living and dining space. Working closely with our clients, we designed and delivered a new custom kitchen complete with bespoke joinery and stone surfaces, tailored to suit both the home and lifestyle.

Under-stair storage was reimagined as a custom-built bar, adding character and practicality to the space. The renovation also included new lighting and fixtures, plasterboard works, full internal repainting, and sanding and refinishing of the existing hardwood floors to restore warmth and continuity throughout.

Additional upgrades included converting a bedroom into a functional home office, new window furnishings and fresh carpet to the internal stairs.

The result is a refreshed terrace that feels open, cohesive and built for modern living, while maintaining its original charm.
