• Fixed Costs Quotations
  These cover items with a known, confirmed price that will not change unless there’s a client-approved variation. Fixed cost quotations give you certainty on the majority of your project budget, covering clearly defined works such as framing, roofing, or other standard inclusions.

• Cost Plus Quotations
  In a Cost Plus arrangement, you pay the actual cost of works plus an agreed margin or fee. This approach provides flexibility for complex or evolving projects, allowing you to adapt the scope as needed with full transparency through detailed cost reports as the project progresses.

• Provisional Sums (PS) Items
  These are allowances for works where the exact cost cannot be determined upfront, often due to site conditions or uncertain scope. We include a reasonable estimate based on quality standards, and if you choose a different item or additional work is required, we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly with a clear variation.

• Variations
  If the scope of works changes — for example, adding features or upgrading finishes — we’ll provide a clear variation quote for your approval before proceeding. This ensures there are no surprises or hidden costs at the end of your build.
